We are seeking an experienced and strategic Manager to lead our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing the work of the team to achieve business objectives.

2. Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
3. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Talent Development and Management
1. Recruit, train, and develop team members to achieve their full potential.
2. Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and coaching.
3. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Communication and Collaboration
1. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including team members, customers, and senior management.
2. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Engineering, Education, Technology,
or related field
Freshers are also eligible.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Programming skills in languages such as Python, C++, or Java.
Ideal Qualification:
• The candidates should maintain minimum 8.0 CGPA in the college/university.
• The candidates should have minimum 90% of marks in both SSLC and HSC
Minimum Qualification:
• The candidates should maintain minimum 7.0 CGPA in the college/university.
• The candidates should have minimum 80% of marks in both SSLC and HSC
Very Good Academic Record in both school and College
Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new situations, and take initiative.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Knowledge of IT and tech domains
Experience in online platforms and tools.
Knowledge in Front-end and Back-end Web Application Development Technologies is highly
preferable.
Proficiency in Tamil and English languages
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work both independently and in a team
Knowledge of educational technologies and platforms

Compensation:
After the candidates got selected in the interview there is compulsory training period (experience gaining period) for all the selected candidates including the interns, full time and Already working persons.
Training period is unpaid for all selected candidates in the interview.
Duration training probation: Minimum 2 to 3 Months of Work tasks will be given as Training Based on Interview Performance.
After successful completion training period the selected candidates will get the package as below:
Stipend between INR 10000 and INR 35000 based on interview and training period performance. (It will increase/decrease based on interview and training period performance for selected candidates )
Package between INR 3 LPA and INR 7 LPA based on interview and training period performance. (It will increase/decrease based on interview and training period performance for selected candidates )
